Shipping Rules: If the account admin wants to set restrictions on the types of shipping methods that users can select (for example removing express shipments), the admin can establish shipping rules for the orders placed within a group. Only the chosen delivery options will be displayed on the shipping page when placing the order. To add a shipping rule, go to "Account" in the top right hand corner and select "Settings". You will then see "Shipping Rules" on the left hand side and see the icon "Add Rule". By selecting "Add rule" a pop up window will appear to add the countries you want to add delivery rules for. These rules can be enabled and disabled at any time by the account admin.
