Editing Account Details: To edit you Account details please select "Account" by clicking the button with your initials from top right corner of the page. Under the "Your Account" tab you can edit and change:
- Your name
- Phone number (Gelato recommends to have a phone number saved in your account for you to easily track your parcels on your mobile device. It also helps Gelato assist customers in case of delivery issues. Gelato will not use phone numbers for commercial purposes)
Changing Your E-mail address: You can not change your email address. The only way to have the email address updated is to request for invite user again to the correct email address. Account Admin or a user having "Manage users" permissions (account Admin) can then delete the old email from the Gelato Globe account. Please contact your account admin for such request.
