Setting Payment Method Rules: You can decide which payment methods that should be enables for the account under "Payment method". Payment Method you find by selecting "Account" in the top right corner and then clicking on "Settings" in the drop down. You will see "Payment Method" to the left and once you navigate to this tab you will have the option to select among the following payment methods to enable for your account:
- Pay with card
- Pay with PayPal
- Pay by invoice (invoice sent as a PDF to the email address listed in the billing entity information)
- Internal payment approval request - enable the option to send payment approval request to a user with the permission "Approve & Pay"
- Send payment approval request to all payment approval responsibles by default - when this option is enabled users who pay with payment approval request will only be able to select to send it to 'payment approval responsibles' in the Checkout. The payment request will then be sent to all users with the permission "Approve & Pay".
