Ordering to one country: You can order a design either by uploading a new file or by choosing one saved in Library. Hover over the design you want to order and click on the "Add to Cart" icon. In the Cart you can choose the quantity you want to order before proceeding to Checkout. Once the order is placed you will receive an email with the order confirmation. The details will also be visible in your Orders (Account - Order). If you want to make any changes, such as canceling or editing the shipping address you can do it before midnight in the country of delivery.
Ordering to Multiple Locations: If you want to order the same set of designs to multiple countries at the same time, you can create a bulk order.
- Go to the Library, and select the items you wish to order
- Once you have selected the items you would like to print, on the bottom of the page will be an option to "Order to Multiple Locations"
- After you proceed you can choose the addresses where the items should be shipped. At this step you also need to select the recipient for each country
- The order can be assigned only one billing address, but different cost centers, which will be set in the next step after selecting the shipping addresses.
- From here you can select the quantity of each item that should be shipped to each of the addresses
- Review the order and double-check the details and place the order
Order Confirmation: Once an order (both simple or bulk) is completed it will be visible in your order history. You will receive an order confirmation email and a SMS notification. All the relevant details will be available also on mobile by logging in to your account on gelatoglobe.com. When the package has shipped, a confirmation with a tracking link will be sent to your email and a text message will be sent to the phone number registered under the recipient.
Reordering: To quickly reorder a previous template or file(s) from past orders go to Account - Orders. Here, find the file(s) from a previous orders and click Order More to add the exact same design to Cart. The products will be added to the basket automatically with the same amount and paper type as before.
Mobile Ordering: You can also place orders on your mobile phone by going to the Gelato Globe website from a mobile web browser. More information is included in this Video. Using Gelato Globe on mobile, you can order your files quickly and easily. You can order any item which has already been stored in your library. On our mobile solution, unlike on a desktop, you can't upload any file. You can only choose between the items which have already been stored in your library in any folder. If you need to create or manage a folder, we recommend that you access your Gelato Globe account on desktop.
