Order to One Location
To order your file, hover over the print ready file you want to order and click on the Add to cart icon. The icon is available in both Grid & Table views in the Library. It is also possible to click on the check box next to multiple files and then click Add to cart. Another option is to click on the file and then select the Add to cart button that appears in the upper right corner.

The Add to cart option is shown only when the file is Print ready. For files that are not print ready, please configure format & paper. For the files that are editable templates, select the button Customize which will require you to change the editable fields in the file before adding it to cart for ordering.
Once you have added one or more files to the cart, click on the cart icon in top right corner of the page. When the cart items page is displayed, select the country to which you wish to ship the order to & select order quantity against each of the item. Then select Proceed to checkout.
Next step is to choose Shipping Country, Recipient and Shipping Method. After clicking on Continue, you will be asked to select the Payment Method, Billing Entity and Cost center. Once an order is completed, it will be visible under the Order tab. You will receive an order confirmation email and a text notification. All the relevant details will be available also on mobile by logging in to your account on gelatoglobe.com. When the package has shipped, a confirmation with a tracking link will be sent to your email and a text message will be sent to the phone number registered under the recipient.
